Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you can get a refund and how to ask

You can get a refund within 24 hours (monthly) or 48 hours (yearly) — only if you have not used any strips.

1. When You CAN Get a Refund

  • Request within 24 hours of purchase — monthly plans
  • Request within 48 hours of purchase — yearly plans
  • You have used zero strips
  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • You paid but strips were never added to your account

2. When You CANNOT Get a Refund

  • You have used even one strip
  • The refund window has passed (24hr monthly / 48hr yearly)
  • You changed your mind after using the platform
  • Your strips expired because you did not use them
  • Your account was banned for breaking our rules
  • Your internet or device caused the issue

3. Add-On Strip Refunds

Add-on strips can only be refunded if you request within 2 hours of purchase and have used zero strips. After that — no refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@tambolax.com with subject: REFUND REQUEST

Include: your name, email, transaction ID, plan purchased, and confirm zero strips used. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds processed within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Cancellation

Monthly: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of paid month. No refund for remaining days.

Yearly: Cancel anytime. Access continues for full year paid. No mid-year refund after 48 hours.

Add-ons: One-time purchase, no cancellation needed.
