Everything you need to know about the platform
No. TambolaX does not run contests for cash prizes, wagering, or payouts to players. Subscriptions are for hosting tools (rooms, tickets, calls). Any in-person fun or housekeeping among your own group is separate from us—we provide software for entertainment only.
We position TambolaX as an entertainment platform for private, social Tambola-style games—not as a gambling or betting operator. Laws vary by state and use case; you are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with applicable rules. Read our Disclaimer and Terms, and contact support if you are unsure.
Sign up as a host, choose your plan, and click "Create Your First Room" from the dashboard. Set your game settings and share the room code or link with players.
It depends on your plan. The Free plan allows up to 10 players per room. Pro supports up to 500 players, and Elite supports up to 1000 players per room.
Yes. TambolaX is mobile-first and works on any device—phones, tablets, and desktops. Join or host games from anywhere.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment service providers.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact support with your order details. We typically process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
